Bush: conservative hatchetman
By Marisa Harris
If George W. Bush is voted in as President on November 7, the United States will be cursed with four years of a close-minded Conservative. Bush's claim of being a compassionate conservative is nothing but a front to squeeze out votes from people who he would otherwise not care about. Bush's path of deceit only begins at the claim of being a compassionate conservative. He has also exaggerated that he will have a budget of at the least $1 trillion for prescription drugs for senior citizens, education and the military alone. When in all actuality his budget for everything is only $474.6 million, which is less than half of a trillion.
All United States citizens should be wary of George W. Bush and his conservative views about every issue. But if you are a parent, a homosexual, or a woman, you should be extra cautious. Bush does not want children to have sexual education in school, he does not believe that homosexuals should be protected by hate crime laws, and he is against abortion, so beware unless you are a straight male without school age children.
